Martha Graham was a pioneering, revolutionary dancer who was not afraid to take creative risks or express her art in any way she desired. In Martha Graham: An American Original, Graham dances in three of her most famed performances; A Dancer's World, Night Journey and Appalachian Spring. The movie also features interviews of Graham from her dressing room and work in the studio followed by a question and answer session with a Graham artist regarding Martha's contribution to American culture.
