In celebration of the Snap Judgments exhibition, join the Brooks for a fun-filled day of African culture and photography. Explore the exhibit with an interactive family guide and enjoy a variety of hands-on at-making activities. Special guests Okello Kelo Sam, a Ugandan actor and musician, will lead an interactive dance and drum performance, and Fred Mutebi, a graphic and textile designer from Uganda, will lead a one-hour printmaking workshop (space is limited). And don’t miss Anita’s Africa, a short documentary film about a young girl’s daily life in Uganda.
