    Speaker Martha Tedeschi, Curator of Prints and Drawings at the Art institute of Chicago, organizer of the one-venue-only exhibition, Watercolors of Winslow Homer:The Color of Light, and the author of the accompanying catalogue, will discuss this important exhibition. American painter, Winslow Homer (1836-1910) created some of the most breathtaking and influential images in the history of watercolor. Martha Tedeschi's talk will provide an intimate look at how one one of America's most celebrated painters discovered for himself--over a period of three decades--the secrets of the watercolor medium. Dr. Tedeschi will sign copies of her catalogue following her talk. Sponsored by: Bruce and Judith Campbell
