Wings Cancer Foundation Gallery
Wings Cancer Foundation's mission of providing hope, education, research and support without charge to anyone touched by cancer regardless of where treatment is received is the hallmark of who we are. In fulfilling this mission, we have created a healing space for patients and their families. In the Wings Gallery patients are able to appreciate art, experience a form of art therapy, and find hope in the work exhibited by artists touched by cancer. Another important aspect of the Wings Gallery is exposing large numbers of people to art who may have never been in a museum setting.

This woman and her work have been such a wonderful inspiration to me. She is a tower of strength, hope, and joy. Whenever I feel depressed or sad, I know that I can call her or just look at one of her art pieces and my spirit rises. I'm not saying this as I would like to, but I just don't have the words to express how she makes me feel. I'm so happy that she is receiving the credit that she is due and that she will be able to inspire so many others with her works. Collapse

Although I can only view this itty bitty picture of the wall hanging made by my sister, I would like you and her to know how proud I am of her and all the time she spent with our Mom who suffered and succumbed to small cell renal cancer. Marilyn is an accomplished artist and a great, loving person! Collapse
